There will be no class in Johnston tonight.  I have been ill all weekend, and I am still not feeling well enough to teach.  I hope that you are all well, and I will see you next week!

No 7:00 p.m. Yoga class on Halloween!

Dear Students,

There will NOT be a 7:00 p.m. Yoga class on Monday, October 31, 2011.  I encourage you to trick or treat with the cutest little kid that you know, and MAYBE he or she might share a little candy with you!
